Our Business Model

DocQments, LLC was established in 2003 by Ann D. Spell, CEO and Owner. The company provides affordable business management consulting, development, capital acquirement, and training services. Our primary focus is start-up, small, and mid-size businesses. Our motto is “We Say It In Writing”.

The DocQments business model is simple. We provide a turn-key solution to the transportation industry. A single phone call connects clients with one of our friendly compliance consultants, along with access to comprehensive professional transportation services.

Our Services

Our services range from business development, authority obtainment, compliance and safety administration, payroll, to providing trained drivers. In other words, whatever a small to large company needs to operate a successful transportation firm, we have them covered. The companies that we serve are all a part of our network of companies that receive an array of services for one flat monthly rate. Our approach to the transportation market is unique and our prices are competitive.

DocQments does not offer sourcing of drivers to companies outside of the network, as it is our intent to make our qualified list of drivers available only to the clients within our elite network of companies.

What We Do

DocQments provides turn-key transportation and business development services to its clients. Our business model allows us to gain insight on where our clients want to take their business, and allow us to develop a strategic plan to help them get there, from transportation authority obtainment to driver sourcing and all in between.  At DocQments, we understand that it takes more than obtaining your DOT Authority, business license or legal entity, this is why we strive to ensure that our clients are provided with all the necessary services to manifest their vision.
